Open the app, go to Profile → Verification, and follow the prompts. You'll need a valid government ID and a selfie. Most verifications complete in under five minutes.
Transfers between Ego users are instant. Local bank transfers settle in under 30 seconds, and most international transfers arrive the same day.
Freeze it immediately from Cards → Manage → Freeze. Your card can't be used while frozen, and you can unfreeze or order a replacement at any time.
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen, or change your PIN under Profile → Security. You'll confirm the change with a one-time code sent to your registered device.
Yes. Funds are held with regulated partner institutions and protected by bank-grade 256-bit encryption, biometrics and two-factor authentication.
