Design Hybrid (Lagos) Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Product Designer to lead design for our core fintech products. You will be instrumental in shaping how millions of users interact with their finances, bringing clarity and elegance to complex financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user journeys for mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams from discovery to launch.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and visual craft.
  • Experience in fintech or data-heavy applications is a plus.
